What drew you to Soles for Souls?
The founder of SFS Afia is my best friend. I was there with her through her grieving and healing journey with Kwame. There were many resources needed and they provided through different sources. So with SFS we are striving to provide women/families with the resources they need from center source instead of many different channels.
What is your favorite way to stay active?
Hot yoga, walking, hiking, and strength training.
How do you stay motivated when things get tough?
I give myself breaks and time to reground myself. I take care of myself like taking a bath or meditating with my aromatherapy candles.
